Try the new blogger, cause probably the old version of blogger is stopping you from doing that, use PC and mobile to check also but in the new version of blogger.

Check also if the account logged in on your blogger dashboard is the account associated to your google AdSense account you are using on your blog, you can have up to 3 google accounts to one blog and one of them is the main account for AdSense, so if you are not logged in, you will get some errors with blogger.

Cant Show ads between your posts

Can't save your modification in Layout > Blog posts in 2021

I got feedbacks on another issue on blogger which is related to this, so I decided to update this post.

You are trying to edit your blog Layout and the body section of your blog posts but cannot save the settings. You are always getting an error notification to correct the error on the form, you checked and can't find error which can be corrected and still shows error while trying to save.

This issue occurs because of the manipulation of theme, Google blogger has a malfunction in the themes switch or changing. When you switch from an old theme to a new theme, you will notice there are widgets which was on the old theme you used which will not be removed automatically when you change to a new theme, that's why you manually remove them.

So, back to the blog posts edit section, if you are not qualified for AdSense (your blog/website is still under review by AdSense and has not been approved by AdSense) check on the show ads between post checkbox, check if its tick to show ads on your blog.

If it's been tick to show ads, kindly untick it and try to save the settings. If you get error and still cannot save this settings, just try to troubleshoot this by going to your left menu and click on Theme then Backup to save your present theme, then go back to layout and remove all widgets on your theme.

There are some widgets which cannot be removed, all you see is save and cancel button, don't worry this is been set by default in the theme.

Go back to theme in your left menu and choose a SIMPLE theme provided by google blogger below the free themes available. Click on apply button to apply it to your blog.

Go back to your layout section and remove every widget removable, those widgets which was set by default not to be deleted will be able to be removed now because it a new theme. Once removed and save, go to the blog posts section on your layout editor to edit the show ads in blog setting which was resulting to the error notification.

Now you can successfully untick it and proceed on saving the theme. Your main issue is been resolved, go back to your theme settings in the left menu and click on restore to restore the backup file of your previous theme. Upload it and you are back to your theme. Go back and confirm if the show ads checkbox is still untick. If  it is still tick, just untick it and save, this time you won't get error on saving the theme anymore. If you still encounter any error while trying out this steps afore mentioned just drop a comment below and we will attend to your requests. Thank you
